wellness ins and outs for 2025

happy new year! I hope with all the pressure to change overnight on January 1st you remember that you have so much time — and that progress is the goal, not perfection. Just take it step by step. Your best year yet is ahead - and if you just keep showing up for yourself the rest will fall into place.

Ins:

— stillness

— low impact movement

— rest days

— clean skincare

— only workouts that feel good

— drinking a sh*t ton of water

— grass fed beef

— eating more Whole Foods

— gua sha and facial massage / sculpting

— walking

— journaling

— therapy

— ice baths and cold showers (yes still🤣)

— pushing yourself out of your comfort zone

— barre

— olipop

— maintaining boundaries and prioritizing your peace

— pursuing your passion

— megaformer pilates classes

— oral care (holistic toothpaste, holistic mouthwash, tongue scraping, oil pulling)

— going to bed earlier

— giving yourself grace

— daily dance parties (even just 30 seconds)

— cooking at home

— oil cleansing + double cleansing

— Korean skincare


Outs:

— negative self talk

— polyester leggings and underwear (plastic - as much as possible)

— synthetic and artificial fragrance

— scrolling on social media

— calorie counting

— artificial ingredients & emulsifiers

— one sided & toxic relationships

— restrictive / extreme diets

— being anyone but you wherever you go

— nut milks with mile long ingredient lists

— going to bed with makeup on

— being hard on yourself
